Chromatic garden

Layered and spontaneously painted using colour, shapes and light overlayed with vines of green foliage and flowers, tulips and daisies.
A lush, dreamlike tangle of growth where colour leads the experience more than the structure. The tulips seem to dance across the canvas, they weave in and out creating a loose, dance that guides the viewer across the surface. The inspiration for this painting comes from my continuous search into creating something without a formal plan, letting the paint guide me and also the seasons.
